Local farms are closing because consumer and housing markets value land and development more than farming.

Still... farmers (some generations old and others just beginners) are yielding to nature's wisdom to produce in abundance- given the chance.

These conscious farmers are implementing sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices despite increasingly narrow profits and crushing supermarket competition because they believe that the upfront investment will pay off not only with higher quality products, but also a stronger ecosystem, healthier and happier people, and a solid economy for their communities and families.
