Teams are a way to stay connected and have a significant role, or occasionally help with our unique projects and programming.
Grow Team
Help maintain the garden sites to meet the wide range of human uses, in addition to the ecological functions.

Assist with watering and other garden tasks as needed from May–Oct. Plant and tend to garden beds and containers. Ensure that the composting system is kept in good running order to create finished compost to use on site to revitalize soils.
Development Team
Help identify and coordinate fundraising efforts to include grant writing, special events and connecting with potential donors.
People Team
Help get out the word about enSprout programs and opportunities to the wider community. Assist with social media and promotion. Host our outreach table at events throughout the year to educate and actively engage community members.
